Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and organized HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, HR policy implementation, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate ensures a positive workplace culture and maintains strict compliance with labor regulations. 

Key Responsibilities-

• Recruitment & Selection: Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
• Onboarding & Documentation: Manage employee onboarding, induction programs, and maintain updated personnel records and HR databases.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, resolve grievances, and foster a positive workplace environment.
• Payroll & Compliance: Support payroll processing, leave management, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Labor Laws).
• Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisal processes, including goal setting and reviews.
• Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience: Previous experience as an HR Executive or relevant role.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), HRIS, and ATS systems.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
